Mr Bentley - Edinburgh

With only four weeks to go before he was due to move in to his top floor flat in Edinburgh's Georgian New Town, Mr Bentley realised that he needed to replace the flat's old heating system. The existing radiators and the gas Rayburn that provided heating and hot water were 30 years old and simply not doing the job. In addition, moving from a new flat Mr Bentley was used to having a decent "high" pressure hot shower - not the rather feeble, lukewarm experience the existing system offered.

After surveying Mr Bentley's flat, we were able to recommend a high efficiency Worcester Bosch condensing boiler coupled with a large capacity unvented hot water system. This ensures that there is always lots of hot water available for showering at near mains water pressure. In order to maintain the classic appearance of the flat we also recommended the installation of high quality "Bisque Classic" column radiators. Although expensive, these provided the high quality finish Mr Bentley was looking for.

We were able to start and finish the work in less than 3 weeks from order allowing Mr Bentley to move into a warm flat.
